I had a appointment with joey martinez at 8am. i got there at 7:05 to drop off the vehicle. two advisors ask me if they help me. i told them i have a appointment with joey martinez. they said okay and i saw that they call him 2 times. i start my job at 7:30 he was taking to long. i saw the third advisor and he came to ask if i had a appointment i said yes at 8am with joey martinez. he said i can take you in, i said sounds good with me. i couldn’t wait any longer. The start to the end michael porter was helpful and everyway. he answered my questions as soon as he could. i recommend michael porter. he has good Communication with customers and works quick as a advisor 💯

Quick, painless experience of choosing cars I was interested in purchasing, testdriving, and then actually sitting down and hammering out an offer on, and then finally purchasing the exact model I wanted for an agreed-upon price...all staff from management on down are friendly, knowledgeable, experienced at their jobs, and were able to answer all my questions in an effective way, that would definitely bring me back, if I were in the market for another Toyota in the future...

However not just this service but since I purchased my vehicle he gets honorable mention. Andrew puts the customer first follows up with customer even when he’s sick or off day or gets another service rep. To check on you, Andrew is Awesome. And I would think by now Toyota has an idea if not I would go out on a limb to say someone is overlooking his expertise.
